We recommend gently polishing your piece with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain their natural shine. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a mild, non-abrasive soap and gently dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners, as these may affect the finish.
What does the name “Éclat De L’Or” mean?
It means "radiance of gold" in French.
Are custom made pieces available?
Yes. We believe jewelry should be as unique as the story it represents. Custom-made pieces are crafted to your vision from design consultation to the final creation. Each bespoke piece is made to order with the same meticulous attention to detail and quality as our signature collections, ensuring an heirloom that is truly one-of-a-kind. A downpayment is required once project is defined and finalized after consultation.

We use U.S. standard sizing chart using diameters.
Please read FULL product description carefully as some rings may have a more loose or tighter fit.

Are all pieces made to order?
Yes, they are all individually hand made.
Can I request custom engraving or personalization?
Yes, for an additional $20 you are able to get engraving onto the piece.
Will my order look exactly like the photos on your site?
Yes, the photos are all taken by the founder herself. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out and the founder is happy to address your concerns directly.

How fast can I receive my piece?
All of our pieces are hand crafted and designed individually. The full process takes about 3 weeks to get to your doorstep.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare event your piece is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the item and its packaging. This helps us assess the situation and expedite a resolution. Your satisfaction and the preservation of your piece are our highest priorities.

Yes, we deliver worldwide. We ensure each piece is carefully packaged and fully insured for your peace of mind. Shipping times & costs may vary depending on destination but tracking information will always be provided so you can follow your piece's journey from our atelier to your hands.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. This allows you to follow your jewelry’s journey from our atelier to your hands. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to their personalized nature, custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
All other pieces may be returned or exchanged at no cost, provided the security tag remains intact. Once the tag has been removed, the piece is no longer eligible for return.
